Billing Procedures

Theraplay Associates is listed as Out of Network on insurance plans. We encourage all families to contact their insurance carrier and verify out of network benefits for pediatric occupational therapy. We send biweekly statements to families outlining charges, billing and diagnosis codes, as appropriate, for occupational therapy services rendered.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Theraplay Associates works closely with multiple home health agencies in the community to provide home based occupational therapy services for children covered under Medicaid or other applicable insurances.
